Is 32ft the right size for you?

Length is usually the first thing people settle on, because it decides both what fits inside and what can get onto the site. Most of our units are 10ft wide as standard, so 32ft gives you roughly 320 square feet of floor space to work with — enough for a split layout with an office, canteen, drying room and toilets under one roof.

If you are torn between two sizes, it is usually worth going up rather than down. The difference in price between one length and the next is rarely as much as people expect, and the extra space tends to get used within weeks of it landing on site.

Access and delivery

The longer the unit, the more room the lorry needs to get in, turn and set up. We deliver on our own HIAB fleet and lift each one straight into position, so what matters most is firm level ground to stand it on and clear space overhead for the crane — no overhanging cables, branches or low canopies over the drop point.

If access is tight, tell us before you order. We would far rather talk it through first and say honestly whether 32ft will get in, or whether two shorter units linked together would work better, than turn up on the day and find we cannot place it.

Bought outright, not hired

Everything listed here is sold to buy rather than hire, refurbished in our own Manchester workshops before it leaves us. You own it outright — no weekly charges, no minimum term and no end-of-hire inspection — and when you have finished with it, we will usually buy it back.
