A family-run business that buys, refurbishes, sells and delivers portable cabins — doing every part of the job ourselves, the way it should be done.
What we do
We specialise in refurbished and quality used portable cabins — welfare units, anti-vandal cabins, site offices, canteens, kitchens, toilet and shower blocks, drying rooms, changing rooms, sleeping accommodation and storage containers. Whatever your site needs, we either have it in the yard or can refurbish one to suit.
Refurbished properly, in-house
Every unit is restored in our own Manchester workshops. We repair or replace fittings where needed, repaint inside and out, and electrically test it before it's offered for sale. The result is a smart, hard-wearing cabin that costs a great deal less than buying new, while keeping a serviceable unit out of the scrapyard.
Our own delivery fleet
We run our own fleet of HIAB lorries, so we control delivery from start to finish. We don't just leave your cabin at the gate — our HIAB lifts and positions it exactly where you want it. That means no separate lift to arrange and a single point of contact for the whole job.
Based in Manchester, working nationwide
We're proud of our North West roots, but our customers are all over the country. We regularly supply and deliver cabins across England, Scotland and Wales — from construction sites and football clubs to schools, farms and growing businesses.

We don't just sell what's in the yard. We refurbish and build to order — adding toilets, kitchens, showers, extra windows, partition walls, shelving, and combining units into one. Tell us how you'll use it and we'll build it to suit.

New units come into the yard all the time and sell quickly, so the website is only ever part of the picture. If you can't see the cabin, office or container you're looking for, tell us your requirement and we'll source or build the right unit for you.
