What we buy

Site offices, welfare units, canteens, drying rooms, toilet and shower blocks, sleeping accommodation, anti-vandal steel units, jacklegs, open-plan buildings, shipping and storage containers, and container offices. Anything from a single 10ft unit to a full compound coming off a finished contract.

If a hire fleet is being wound down, a site is being cleared, or a unit has simply been sitting in the yard taking up space, it is worth an email. We would rather quote and be told no than have you weigh in something we would have paid for.

How we work out an offer

Size, age, construction and condition set the value, along with how much work is needed to bring it back to a saleable standard. Steel anti-vandal builds and larger units generally hold their value best. Photos make a real difference — four or five shots of the outside, the inside and any damage are usually enough for us to price it without a visit.

Where the unit is matters too, because collection is priced on our own HIAB fleet rather than bought in. We collect across England, Scotland and Wales, lift it off the ground ourselves and pay on collection, so there is nothing for you to arrange and no transport bill coming back at you.
