Cabin & Container Refurbishment Services
We don’t just buy and resell — we run a dedicated refurbishment centre that breathes new life into old portable cabins, containers and modular buildings, with joinery, plumbing, decorating and electrical work all under one roof.

What we do
In our purpose-built Manchester workshops we carry out full refurbishment, modification and reconfiguration of our own and our customers’ stock — including joinery, plumbing, decorating and electrical services. We can breathe new life into a tired unit or completely remodel a cabin or container into a fully equipped office, canteen, kitchen, welfare unit or toilet block, finished in your corporate branding.
Modifications we can offer
Just a few examples: canteens and kitchens, toilets, wash basins and showers, heating, partition walls, new roofs, replacement UPVC doors and windows, double glazing, non-slip flooring and carpets, external painting, security shutters and alarms, disabled facilities, and replacement ceilings, floors and walls — all resprayed in your company colours.
Complete collection & return service
We can collect your cabin or container from your site on our own HIAB fleet, transport it to our refurbishment centre where it is transformed to your requirements, then deliver and position the renovated unit back on your site. Price, plans and a schedule of works are all confirmed with you before we begin — and refurbishing your existing cabin saves money and helps the environment.
Project experience
Our work ranges from changing rooms and showers for a football club to a modular building for a Manchester school — a 40ft x 24ft open-plan unit converted into a double classroom, staff office and separate pupil and staff toilets, fully refurbished inside and out, electrically tested and certified, then delivered and installed by our own HIABs.
