Welfare Cabins: What to Look For When You Buy
A welfare cabin keeps your team compliant and comfortable, but not all units are equal. Here's what to look for.
The facilities you actually need
Most welfare units combine a canteen or rest area, a WC and a drying space. Decide which you need, and for how many people, before you choose a size.
Power and water
Will the cabin run off the mains, a generator, or be towable and self-contained? Sites without services usually need a self-contained or generator unit with its own water and waste tanks.
Condition and delivery
